The Foundation provides funding and resources to supplement the programs and services provided by Contra Costa County Animal Services.  Our resources enable CCAS to increase Shelter Intervention efforts, increase enrichment programs and services for the animals in their care, and serve our local community of pet owners to keep pets in loving homes.
